Run your awards and competitions without the spreadsheets
Applications arrive by email, the jury scores in spreadsheets, and someone reassembles it all by hand every year. We build one platform for entries, judging and results, around your rules and on your own domain.
In their words

What we build
Your competition, built around your rules
Every programme judges differently. We build the platform around how yours works, on a proven core .
Criteria & weights
Your criteria, weighted the way you decide
Admins define the evaluation criteria and how much each one counts, as percentages that always add up to 100%. Experts score every criterion on a 0 to 10 scale, and the platform turns every score into a weighted result.

Your options
Three ways to run a competition
Many programmes run on forms and spreadsheets. Some move to awards software they configure themselves. We build the platform around your rules and run the first edition with you.
Forms and spreadsheets
- Entries
- A form per call, with attachments by email.
- Judging
- Scores typed into spreadsheets and merged by hand.
- Domain and languages
- Whatever the form tool allows.
- Next edition
- Rebuilt from last year's files.
- Who sets it up
- You, every edition.
Off-the-shelf awards software
- Entries
- Configurable forms inside the vendor's template.
- Judging
- Scoring models chosen from the vendor's list.
- Domain and languages
- Your own domain and extra languages often cost more.
- Next edition
- Copy last year's programme and adjust it.
- Who sets it up
- Your team configures it.
Competify
- Entries
- An entry form that follows your call section by section, with uploads and co-editing.
- Judging
- Your criteria and weights, several judges per entry, regional and national rounds.
- Domain and languages
- Your domain and your languages, as standard.
- Next edition
- Reopen it with the form, criteria and roles already in place.
- Who sets it up
- We build it and run the first edition with you.
For one small contest with a single judge, a form is enough. We will tell you so.
How we work
From first call to your first results
The same three steps every programme runs, whether it is one jury or thirteen regional ones feeding a national round.
Show us how you run it today. Walk us through your call, your jury and your criteria. We show you how we solved similar challenges.
We build it for your programme. Forms, criteria, roles, deadlines, languages and your branding, set up to match how you actually work.
We run the first edition with you. We stay with you through the call and the judging. Next year, you reopen it instead of rebuilding it.

Admin view
Always see scores live
As judges submit their scores, the admin sees the rankings update in real time. A trimmed mean keeps a single outlier from deciding the winner, so there is no waiting for grading to close and no spreadsheet rebuild.
Coming soon
A version you can set up yourself
We're turning what we built for these programmes into a product you can launch on your own. Until then, every platform is built together with you, which also means it fits.
Questions
Fair questions, straight answers
How is this different from awards management software?
Awards management software gives you a template to configure yourself. We build the platform around how your programme works, from the entry form to the weighted criteria and the rounds. It runs on your own domain, and we run the first edition with you.
Can judges score against weighted criteria, in more than one round?
Yes. Each criterion carries its own weight and several judges score every entry. A trimmed mean keeps one outlier from deciding the winner, and judges with a conflict of interest are excluded automatically. Regional rounds can feed a national one. At GZS Inovacije, 13 regional chambers judged their own entries in one place.
Does it run on our own domain, in our languages?
Yes. Every platform runs on the organiser's own domain, in the languages your entrants and judges use.
What happens at the next edition?
You reopen the platform. The entry form, the criteria and the roles are already set up, so you only change what is different this year.
What does it cost?
The price depends on how many rounds, criteria and languages your programme needs. Book 15 minutes and we will tell you what building it would involve.
Can we set it up ourselves?
Not yet. A self-serve version is on the way. Join the waitlist above and we will write to you when it opens.
