The committee that organises an event opens it in the app and works through it one category at a time. Each category carries its own criteria, written by the federation.

Each answer is saved on its own, with room for a note and, where the question allows it, for the files that back it up. A progress figure follows every category, so the organiser can see at any moment what is still open.

When every category is complete, the organiser submits the event. The federation assigns an independent expert, who opens the same pages with editing switched off, leaves comments on the answers that need work, and scores every action item against a written scale.

The expert confirms one category at a time. Once the review is signed off, the app builds the report as a web page and as a PDF, carrying a single overall score. The file is produced once and kept, so the page and the download always match.

Underneath, this is the machinery our competition portals run on. Work is assessed against written criteria, experts score it, and the result is published. Here the subject is an event and the result is a report.
