Three roles

entrant, jury, organiser

One application

from entry form to score sheet

The jury screen: the entrant's write-up on the left, a score sheet with points per criterion and the running total on the right.
A judge reads an entry in the order it is scored, with the score sheet beside it. Drawn with sample data.

Entering and scoring in one place

An entrant describes the campaign in an entry form split into sections. Each section saves as it is written, so an entry can be built over several days and picked up again when the numbers are at hand.

A judge reads that same entry in the order it was written. Beside the text sits a score sheet with the programme's criteria, and the judge sets points for each one. The total adds up as the points are set.

  • An entrant signs in with a link sent to their email address.
  • Campaign material, such as a presentation or a video, goes with the entry.
  • Once entries close, the form stays readable and can no longer be edited.
  • A judge sets points beside the text of the entry, and every change is saved at once.
  • A judge who should not score an entry steps out of it, and their points for that entry are deleted.
The organiser screen: entries grouped by category with the average and scoring progress, beside the switches for sign-up, submissions and grading.
The organiser follows the edition and steers it from the same page. Drawn with sample data.

The organiser runs the edition from one page

The organiser sees every entry grouped by category, with the average score and how many judges have finished it. Inside an entry, each judge's points per criterion are listed.

Judges are invited by email and set their own password. Sign-up, submissions and scoring open and close on the organiser's word, and the change reaches entrants and judges at once.

  • Entries are grouped by category, with search and sorting by column.
  • Every judge's points per criterion are visible inside an entry.
  • Judges are invited by email and choose their own password.
  • Sign-up, submissions and scoring open and close separately.
  • The application runs on the programme's own domain and wears its look.

„Working with the team was a real pleasure. They always listened to our wishes and suggestions, and steered us with ideas that only made the programme better. We value their responsiveness, their relaxed yet professional approach, and that they were always a step ahead of us when it came to solutions. In the end we got a programme we are glad to stand behind, and the feeling that we worked with people who genuinely care. A truly pleasant experience.“
