What these terms cover
This section states who the agreement is between, which sites and platforms it applies to, and when it takes effect.
Accounts and access
Each platform runs on the organiser's own domain, and the organiser decides who takes part. This section will describe how accounts are created, what the account holder is responsible for, and how access ends.
Acceptable use
Entries, scores and comments belong to a competition, not to the public. This section will set out what may and may not be done with the service and with the material in it.
Content and ownership
Entrants keep the rights to what they submit, and organisers keep their programme data. This section will say what licence each side grants the other so the competition can run.
Availability and support
This section will describe the service level, planned maintenance, and how to reach support during a live competition.
Liability
This section will state the limits of our responsibility, and the situations those limits do not cover.
Changes and governing law
This section will explain how a change to these terms is announced, and which law and courts apply.
