STEM 50

STEM 50 is an awards programme for master's and doctoral theses. Gospodarska zbornica Slovenije, the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, owns it and came back to us for it after GZS Inovacije. The app is built and the programme is prepared for its first cycle.

A judge works on one screen. The submitted application is on the left and the scoring on the right, under the criteria that apply to that faculty. The total is recalculated while the judge scores, and it is recorded once every criterion has a score.

• A thesis is scored at the faculty selection and then at the national one.

The organiser manages faculties, criteria, accounts and permissions in the same app. A shared default set of criteria applies wherever a faculty has no set of its own. A faculty can be given a set of its own, and it starts as a copy of the default one.

Applications and scoring open and close per faculty, so each faculty can work to its own calendar. At the end the organiser ranks the theses and assigns the recognitions.
